Privacy policy
Updated 8 August 2026
This page explains what data we collect, why we need it, and what you can do about it. No legal fog — only what actually happens.
Who processes your data
Your data is processed by Individual Entrepreneur Yurii Borovyi (ФОП Боровий Юрій Андрійович). Address: 36E Konovaltsia Street, Kyiv, Ukraine. Email for any data-related question: revloop.agency@gmail.com.
We decide why and how your data is processed, which makes us the owner of the data under the Ukrainian Personal Data Protection Act and the controller under the GDPR.
When you submit a request
Your phone number and preferred messenger are required — without them we cannot reply. Name and comment are optional.
Along with the request we store your quiz answers if you took the quiz, the campaign tags you arrived with, and the referring page. We need this to contact you and prepare for the conversation. The basis is your own request and our interest in answering it.
When you talk to the AI assistant
We store the conversation and analyse it to prepare for the consultation: we record your niche, budget range and what you are asking for. The analysis is produced by a language model and read by a member of our team.
The assistant identifies itself as an AI in its very first message. If you would rather talk to a person, email us.
- Conversations are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. This is not a declaration: the deletion is done by a daily job on our server, not by a person remembering to do it.
- We draw no conclusions about health, beliefs, political views, origin or any other special category of data.
- The assistant gives a preliminary view on whether we are a fit in terms of task and budget. The decision is made by a person, not by software.
When you simply read the site
Analytics does not start before you consent: the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel scripts are not loaded at all. Your choice in the banner is stored in your browser so that we do not ask again.
Your country is derived from your IP address and used only to pick the right phone format in the form — we do not store it. Server logs (IP address, request time, browser type) are kept by our hosting provider and are needed to protect the site from brute force and abuse.
If you consented to analytics, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel collect anonymised data about behaviour on the site so that we understand which advertising channels bring suitable enquiries. The IP address in Google Analytics is anonymised. The basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it by clearing site data in your browser.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data and do not pass it on for anyone else's advertising. We share it only with those without whom the service does not work.
| Who | Why | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | site hosting | USA and EU |
| bit.hosting | our server with the assistant database | Netherlands |
| Anthropic | language model, processes the conversation | USA |
| Telegram | request notifications, bot operation | — |
| analytics, only with consent | USA and EU | |
| Meta | advertising pixel, only with consent | USA and EU |
| Calendly | booking a meeting on the Thank-you page | USA |
How long we keep it
- Conversations with the AI assistant — 90 days, then automatic deletion.
- Execution history on our server — 30 days.
- Requests — for as long as we are working on your enquiry; deleted on your request.
- Backups — up to 30 days. If you asked us to delete your data, it disappears from backups within that period.
- Analytics — according to Google's and Meta's own retention periods.
Your rights
You can ask us to: show what data we hold about you; correct anything inaccurate; delete it; restrict processing; withdraw consent; give you the data in a machine-readable form; object to processing.
Write to revloop.agency@gmail.com — we reply within 30 days. You do not need to justify the request.
If you believe we handle your data improperly, you have the right to complain: in Ukraine to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, in the EU to the supervisory authority of your country.
Cookies
Essential cookies are needed for the site to work and are always set. Analytics cookies are set only after you press «Accept» in the banner.
If you chose «Essential only», the counters are not loaded: this is not a setting that switches them off — the code simply is not attached.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. We will announce significant changes separately on the site.
